TPU 3D Printing in Easton, PA: Flexible Parts
TPU is rubber-like. It bends, absorbs impact, and springs back, so it is the answer when a hard plastic part will crack or rattle.
Where it earns its keep
• Gaskets, seals, grommets, and bumpers where the original is discontinued, including on vintage equipment.
• Vibration pads, feet, and mounts for electronics, instruments, and shop equipment.
• Protective caps, sleeves, and covers for cables, connectors, tool ends, and sharp edges.
• Flexible hinges and clips for cases, drones, and RC models.
• Boot and bellows-style covers for hobby and light-duty machines.
Honest limits
TPU is not a precision sealing material, and it will not match the compression set or fluid resistance of a molded rubber gasket. Printed parts are best for prototypes, low-pressure seals, and hard-to-find shapes. We will tell you plainly if a molded part is the better route.
