Custom 3D-Printed Parts

From a single replacement bracket to a small batch, we print functional polymer parts — no tooling costs, no minimum order.

How it works

  1. Send us your file (STEP, STL, or similar) — or a sample part and we'll model it for you.

  2. We recommend a material based on how the part will be used: load-bearing, outdoors, high-heat, or flexible.

  3. We print, inspect, and ship — or hand-deliver within our service area.

Materials we print in

  • PLA+ (in stock) — easy to print and low cost, for prototypes and fit checks.

  • PETG (in stock) — tough and impact-resistant, a reliable all-around choice for housings and covers.

  • ASA (in stock) — UV- and weather-resistant, for outdoor covers and enclosures.

  • TPU (in stock) — flexible and rubber-like, for seals, gaskets, and vibration-dampening parts.

  • PA-CF, carbon-fiber nylon (on request) — stiff and dimensionally stable, for brackets and structural parts that need to hold their shape under load.

Not sure which fits your part? Tell us how it'll be used and we'll recommend one.

What we make

  • Spacers

  • Protective covers and enclosures

  • Jigs and fixtures

Good to know

  • One-offs and small batches, no minimums.

  • Most parts ship within 3–5 business days. Rush printing with local delivery is available in 48 hours when you supply a print-ready file.

  • Typical tolerance of plus or minus 0.2 mm, depending on the part, material, and geometry.

  • SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business.

  • Custom seals and gaskets

  • Obsolete and hard-to-find polymer parts

  • Commissioned pieces

We print polymers only, and we will tell you up front if a part is beyond what we can do. Please do not upload export-controlled files through the form. Email david@star-m.tech first.

Metal, or export-controlled files?

Typical tolerance is plus or minus 0.2 mm, depending on the part, material, and geometry. Most parts ship in 3 to 5 business days, and 48-hour rush printing with local delivery is available when you supply a print-ready file.

How accurate, and how fast?

A STEP or STL file works best. A drawing or a physical sample also works, and we can model it for you.

What files do you need?

Each part is priced from its actual cost to make: material, printer time, power, labor, and finishing. You get a firm quote before we start. Parts that need significant design work, iteration, or testing are quoted per job.
